İade Koşulları / Refund policy
- www.serracota.com web sitesi üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiğiniz takdirde,iade koşulları ve mesafeli satış sözleşmesini kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
- Ürün/ürünlerin yurtiçi ve yurtdışı kargo ücretleri web sitesinde sipariş sonlandırılmadan önce bilgilendirilir. Ve sipariş tutarına eklenerek ödeme tahsil edilir.
- Satın alınan ürünlerin teslim tarihi normal şartlarda ürün stokta varsa 5 iş günü, yoksa 9 iş günü içinde kargoya verilecek şekilde planlanır. Sipariş adedi, stok ve atölyenin uygunluğunda oluşacak ekstra bir durum veya Satıcı’nın öngöremeyeceği mücbir sebeplerden dolayı ürün planlanan sürede kargoya teslim edilemez ise, durum Alıcı’ya bildirilir.
- Alıcı, bu durumda siparişin iptalini, ürünün benzeri ile değiştirilmesini veya engel ortadan kalkana dek teslimatın ertelenmesini talep edebilir. Alıcı siparişi iptal ederse; ödemeyi nakit ile yapmış ise iptalinden itibaren 14 gün içinde kendisine nakden bu ücret ödenir. Alıcı, ödemeyi kredi kartı ile yapmış ise ve iptal ederse, bu iptalden itibaren yine 14 gün içinde ürün bedeli bankaya iade edilir, ancak bankanın alıcının hesabına 2-3 hafta içerisinde aktarması olasıdır.
- Sözleşme konusu ürün, yasal 30 günlük süreyi aşmamak koşulu ile her bir ürün için Alıcı’nın yerleşim yerinin uzaklığına bağlı olarak ön bilgiler içinde açıklanan süre içinde Alıcı veya gösterdiği adresteki kişi/kuruluşa teslim edilir. Bu süre mücbir sebepler hariç, tüketiciye yazılı olarak bildirilmek koşuluyla en fazla 10 gün uzatılabilir.
- Ürünlerimiz el yapımı ve el boyaması olduğu için her bir ürünün model, boya ve desen renginde ufak tefek farklılıklar olabilir. Her bir ürünün özelliği kendine has olarak kabul edilmelidir.İade sebebi kabul edilemez.
- Kırık veya hasarlı ürün harici, ürün iadesi yapılmaz. Sözleşme konusu ürünü teslim almadan önce kontrol etmek Alıcı’nın sorumluluğundadır.Teslim alınan mal/hizmetin hasarsız ve sağlam olduğu kabul edilir. Kargo’da kırılan ve zarar gören ürünler ile ilgili hasarın Alıcı tarafından görsel olarak belgelendirilmesi gerekir. Sadece ürünün değil, paketlerin de görselleri belge olarak sunulmalı. İade durumunda ürünle birlikte Fatura da iade edilmelidir.
- Bu hasar belgeleri bize ulaştırıldığında, siparişinizin hasar gören ürünleri tekrar üretilip size ulaştırılır.
- Satın alınan ürünün satılmasının imkansızlaşması durumunda; Satıcı bu durumu Alıcı’ya bildirir ve toplam bedeli Alıcı’ya iade eder.
- Online ödemelerinizde kredi kartınızdan sipariş tutarı kadar çekim işlemi gerçekleşecektir.
- Alıcı, satın aldığı ürün bedelini ödemez veya banka kayıtlarında iptal ederse, Satıcı’nın ürünü teslim yükümlülüğü sona erer.
- KREDİ KARTININ YETKİSİZ KULLANIMI İLE YAPILAN ALIŞVERİŞLER’de ürün teslim edildikten sonra, alıcının ödeme yaptığı kredi kartının yetkisiz kişiler tarafından haksız olarak kullanıldığı tespit edilirse ve satılan ürün bedeli ilgili banka veya finans kuruluşu tarafından Satıcı’ya ödenmez ise, Alıcı, sözleşme konusu ürünü 3 gün içerisinde nakliye gideri Satıcı’ya ait olacak şekilde Satıcı’ya iade etmek zorundadır.

- Except for broken or damaged products, the product is non-refundable.It is buyer’s responsibility to check the contracted product before receiving it. The goods/services received are considered undamaged and robust.Damage to broken and damaged products in the Cargo must be visually documented by the Buyer.Not only the product, but also the packages should be presented as documents.In case of return, the Invoice must be returned with the product.
- When these damage documents are delivered to us, the damaged products of your order will be reproduced and delivered to you.
- In case it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product; The seller notifies the Buyer of this situation and returns the total price to the Buyer.
- Online payments will be charged to your credit card for the amount of the order.
- If the buyer does not pay the price of the product he purchased or cancels it in the bank records, seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
